NarroWay Directors Featured in Danish Newspaper

Written on 25 May 2016.

FORT MILL, S.C. - May 25, 2016 - In a rather unique take on American politics, the directors of NarroWay Productions, Yvonne Clark and Rebecca Martin, were recently featured in a Danish newspaper article. Correspondent JØRGEN ULLERUP of the Danish national newspaper JYLLANDS-POSTEN contacted NarroWay in February while covering the Unitied States presidential elections. Traveling from his temporary base in New York, Ullerup made arrangements to attend the Valentine's Day Mystery Theatre at NarroWay and inteview Martin and Clark following the show.

Jyllands-Posten is one of the largest-selling newspapers in Denmark with a weekday circulation of approximately 120,000. It refers to itself as "Denmark's International Newspaper."

Ullerup, is spending several months in the U.S. following the presidential candidates. When Dr. Ben Carson scheduled an event at the NarroWay Theatre in February, it peaked Ullerup's interest.

In the article, Ullerup considers the impact of the Christian vote as well as the perceptions of American Christians. He was able to interview a number of people concerning their political views while at the NarroWay Theatre.

While NarroWay's directors did not comment on their personal political views, Ullerup was rather intrigued by the concept of Christian theater. He chose to lead out the feature article by introducing Denmark to Martin, Clark and NarroWay Productions.

You can find the article online at Jyllands-Posten.dk. We used an online translator to loosely translate the text into English. You can download that translation below, as well as a pdf copy of the original Danish article.
